Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Salary:  £18-20K (dependent on experience) – Uncapped OTE and an excellent uncapped commission scheme

Careers On Site is based in Hampton, Middlesex and is the sister company of our long established and industry recognised parent company, Optima Site Solutions, established since 2002 and with a turnover in excess of £10m.

- Target/sales driven with a strong personal desire to succeed – excellent presentation and communication skills are essential.
- Articulate – both in verbal and written communication
- Degree educated (preferable) You will be responsible for managing your own desk, taking every opportunity to maximise new and existing business opportunities and always providing excellent customer service to your clients and candidates.

You do not need any previous recruitment experience as full training, on-going support & regular career reviews will be provided. As long as you are ambitious, hardworking, self-driven, money motivated and hold a full UK driving license, then you will have what it takes to be successful in recruitment and help us grow the company.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £16-18K Salary / Uncapped Bonus Structure OTE £21-40K in 1st Year, £60K thereafter

Optima Site Solutions is based in Hampton, Middlesex. We provide recruitment solutions for construction projects across London and the Home Counties.

We are looking to appoint ambitious, target driven and sales focused recruitment consultants. You will be responsible for managing your own desk, taking every opportunity to maximise new and existing business opportunities and always providing excellent customer service to your clients, both face to face and over the phone.
